What exactly is a "pirate site", and how are advertisers supposed to know the difference between a legitimate file locker service and an illegitimate one? If the site in question hasn't been found in a court of law to be guilty of infringement, how are advertisers expected to know to avoid them?
Can they advertise on MegaUpload? How about Dropbox or Rapidshare? How about Amazon's or Google's Cloud service?
