The Amazon plugin has no capability of downloading Tags. The Goodreads plugin will, but it can download download tags for books which are on shelves you have mapped. I randomly picked a few books from your list, and they haven't been put on very many shelves on Goodreads. The first one should have mappings for "History" and "Biography" though, I just tried the plugin and it is working fine for me.

My bet is you don't have sufficient tag mappings in place in your configurations of the Goodreads plugin.
