I just got my iLiad two days ago. After failing to install apiword and fbreader, I decided to refresh it. However, after refreshing from CF card with the downloaded cf-card-contents.zip from irex, the firmware version is now v2.10.
The Chinese characters are not displayed in contentlist.

How can I get back to its original factory state? thanks.
