Hello,

I am a reader and a writer from the UK. That sounds a little bit like I am saying that I can read and write, which though true is not what I am aiming at.

What I am trying to say is that I have written a novel which I am going to be publishing myself in the next few weeks. I also have a Kindle Touch and really enjoy e-reading, after being sceptical to begin with.

I understand that these sorts of forums can get a bit bogged down with desperate authors trying to plug their books at every opportunity. Once my book it out I am sure I will fall into the category of desperate author, but I will avoid becoming one of those annoying chancers who spam all over the place.

Anyway, I hope that you are all nice people, I expect that you probably are.
