Strange that I can't see the seller's completed listings. I think it's because I am not signed in on ebay.ca. But looking at the feedback, only the two you showed sold. Chances are the seller had two K3's and sold them as K4's.

As for giving your friend the K4 instead, nothing to feel guilty about. If you are selling it, adjust your price if needed. But keep the one you want.
