Advice for converting pdfs to html (with pictures)
If you have the Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro you can export the complete PDF with pictures and tables. Works better than Bookdesigner (it doesn´t export pictures).

The Adobe Acrobat 9 is downloadable for a 30 day trial - so try it out ...
