Hah! "Well, duh." was exactly what I wrote when I commented on the same article when it was linked to the Huffington Post a few days ago.

"We hurt the mom and pop stores" was the one that irritated me most. If the Mom & Pop stores can't provide a superior shopping experience in the age of big box stores and the internet, they are going to need to find a new career path. Anyhow, I though Walmart was to blame for this ten years ago.
