older librarians. The ones I've met are far more knowledgeable about technology than the younger ones. At least that seems to be the case when it comes down to their depth of knowledge about electronic resources. (I'm sure the younger ones follow all of the latest trends, but I seek out librarians to find information rather than follow the latest digital fad.)
