I own the Transformer Prime an excellent device. What I've read from the reviews is that this is the Prime with all of the issues resolved(GPS doesn't work on my Prime but I really don't care for a GPS on a tablet) and a faster CPU and Higher resolution.
Definitely a good buy, I read on a different site that the price of the Prime will also be reduced.
