However, there is a small nit I have to pick with it: the TOC and body are in 'H2' size because there is a </h2> missing in the HTML, at least in the HTML you get when you convert it to HTML with MobiPerl's mobi2html.
This gives an unusually large font when read, even on fixed-fontsize readers like my Cybook.
I have fixed this in the attached file.
