I have being trying for several days to reach Pocketbook support, both at 1-877-910-1520 and 877-326-0196

Both numbers roll to a VM that says the company can be reached between 8-5 Central Time. No one answers the phone...I have tried all the options on the VM, including sales.

email just generates an automatic response that they will response in 24 hours, which also hasn't happened.

Does anyone know how to get support on a Pocketbook IQ 701?
