No, they still have other competition from Apple and Sony who do not appear to be have any troubble keeping in the market, in fact B&N isn't even number two in this market, that position belongs to apple and number four to Sony corp. Both Apple and Sony's business does not rely on the book selling business and can apply revenues and profits from othe lines of business to help out in the book selling industry.
