I'm from Texas, not Philadelphia. I have no way of knowing where in Philadelphia I'll be staying until I get there. So by the time I get there and order (and try to get delivery to a hotel) it will probably be too late. That's why I need to buy "local" even if at a higher price.
With the ever tightening luggage restrictions on international flights (usually less than half U.S. norms) carrying multiple devices doesn't work.
