Hello,

I found this network while looking for advice on 1 year old Kindle 3G which keeps freezing up on me. Am I in the right place?

I read voraciously, on my commute in and out of the big city each day, so up to 2 hours each day and more on the weekends? Do I expect to much from my device?

I'm lost without my reader; sending it away for service isn't an option?

Tell me, new friends, should I just suck it up - go buy a new one?

~ Terribly disappointed I only got a year of service from what may have been one of the best gifts I've ever received.
