I've been developing a small, limited online help file for calibre for a class - it's
here - it might answer some of your questions and give you some ideas. Note that this is only an alpha draft, but I think all the links work and go where they're supposed to go. (well, there's a sound file that doesn't work, but I'm trying to figure out why)
Let me know if you have any questions that aren't answered there - I'm always looking for ideas for new content.
