New Calibre User and Editing

Hey everyone. I have just recently came to use an e-reader so that I can get rid of the books taking up space and I love it. I have the Nook Simple Touch with Glowlight and I love this thing! However, just like my music and my movies, I tend to catalog and categorize things and I'm a bit OCD when it comes to everything being neat, tidy and the same.

I recently started reading the Hunger Games series and I liked how the first 2 books were edited as margins and line spacing and everything was just the way I wanted it. These readers are small so I need as many words on the screen as possible. Well I bought the third book Mockingjay and was completely disappointed in the efforts to edit this book. The table of contents is not the same, there is to much white space in the margins, there is way to much margin and or padding on top and the bottom as well, How in the hell am I supposed to read this comfortably?! Seriously, how can this happen?

So, Im using Calibre and Sigil and I noticed that the third book, Mockingjay uses a page-template.xpgt. I am not familiar with this file. I am this third book to look like the other two. How do I go about this easily? Or am I going to have to re edit this thing?

I feel a bit overwhelmed.

Thanks for all the help!
