However, they couldn't find any changes to my account and she thought it was strange because they can't change anything until the subscription is up for renewal. They put me through to a different department which has more access to the system but they couldn't find anything and they couldn't help me any further.
I thought it all very strange and send them an email. Hopefully the person reading the email is more willing to see if they can find what happened than the lady on the phone.
I was so looking forward to getting my new phone early and now I probably still have to wait it.
