The Truth About Love and Lightning by Susan McBride is free courtesy of HarperCollins' William Morrow imprint, and it's probably a chick-lit or chick-lit mystery, because that seems to be what she writes for their Avon and Delacorte imprints (unless Dell/Delacorte is actually a Random House absorptions; either way, that's what it looks like she writes).

Currently free to pre-order @ Amazon UK (may or may not drop in the main store, IIRC the Harper spinoff imprints tend not to; slated for Feb 12, 2013).
