I've decided all I want to do for series is generate a report of all series in my library, save it as a file in my library, and upload said file to my devices. That way, if I'm reading a series, I can just open that file, check for the title of the next book, and be done with it. No plugboards, no extra-long titles, just... exactly what I need.

So my question is this - is there an easy way to generate this report? It doesn't need to be fancy, just something like

The Trilogy -
[1] First Book
[2] Second Book
[3] Third Book

John Doe Detective
[1] Doe's Derring Do
[2] Doe Done It

etc...

IIRC you used to be able to create a CSV Catalog of only Selected books.
This has not worked for some time (on XP).

SO

Use the CLI (use the filter : series:true or any valid search bar term) http://manual.calibre-ebook.com/cli/calibredb.html
