As regards AVG, I have looked in Disk Management in Computer Management but can't see anything that looks like an option to exclude the PEz. Guess I am not in the correct programme.
The PEz (2 drive letters) is MY reader
To be able to exclude (permanently, your device needs to:
1) get the same drive letter(s)
2) Not ever assign those letters with another (infectable) storage device.
Accepting the (next) drive letter normally assigned to devices AND disabling the scan of files copied from that device, is a recipe for trouble.
