*sigh* the k3 has kicked the bucket.

and it is out of warranty. Amazon cust service has tried to walk me thru a hard reset and soft reset.. with no luck.

I have torn apart the device.
removed battery, reset hard soft , but nada.

The image is stuck on there.

I think the device isn't charging and the battery isn't dead enough to pull a charge to reset the screen.

I have tried to put it on the wall charger when the indicator is in amber.. to kick in the charge cycle, but even after it goes green.. it still won't refresh the screen .. can't seem to make it reboot.

The device can be seen on the computer via usb. i can read/write the files on there.

Any ideas? anyone? Thanks
What happened to it? Did it get dropped by accident? Or did it just seem to stop working out of the blue.
