I have tried all of the procedures mentioned above but no use.
Finally, I have found some solution and want to share with all.
Change your actual content (i.e .html/.xhtml) into UNICODE text using UNICODE converter. This method solved the unwanted word break issues.
Note: Fonts not required for the UNICODE formatted ePub and looks good in all devices.
