This promo seems to be just for the UK Kobo customers (apparently Quercus Publishing doesn't sell anything in the Canada store) is available to all where the tiny number of Quercus Publishing books appear (tested the promo code from Canada once I was able to locate the books on this list):

Quercus30Jun15 for 30% off a Quercus Publishing book from the lists on the special promo page here on the UK version of the site. 1-use, expires June 18th 11:59 PM presumably UK time since this seems to be a UK-only offer fine print says EST.

More testing suggests it only works on the Quercus books on the list supplied. Wouldn't apply to the other Quercus Publishing stuff found via search, which is a shame, since they had some interesting-looking lower-priced ones.
