95% of the time, if I'm reading, it's an ebook. However, for many of the reasons above (used bookstore finds, book not in e-version), I'll sometimes read a pbook.
I travel a lot by plane, so if I'm reading a pbook, it's usually during the takeoff/landing time when you can't have electronics on.
