I don't agree. People may own headsets (I own three, one being a stereo model), but they do not keep them on most of the day. If you are walking around your house or outside, and your phone rings you must be able to answer it by picking up the instrument, as it is much too cumbersome to insert a headset after the phone starts ringing. Or are you suggesting that people with headsets wear them all the time? My point is not that people don't own headsets but that they do not keep them in their ear all the time, and that that greatly cripples the Readius as a phone.
