Rule #3 is a weasel rule. It's one thing when it's a book she wants more than I do, but I was the one who had put it on the wish list in the first place, and the only reason she bought it first is that she had
just finished reading her previous book and was looking. So I get to feel guilty without the pleasure of buying first. Ah, well, I'll just go buy something at Baen to make up for it.
