Yes. You can flash the main 5.0.0 kernel with fastboot. You need to use diags SSH "dd" to flash the main partition, which is too large for fastboot. If you do not yet have diags SSH, you can use fastboot to flash matching diags kernel and mmcblk0p2_ssh, then use that to write the 5.0.0 main partition image.

If you leave wireless on, amazon might OTA upgrade you to 5.1.0 again.
