Not one click but I find it more useful than looking at the non-zoomable, tiny maps at the front. I load the .jpg map files relevant to my current book in my shortlist, so they're fairly easy to get to.
Thanks Plib, I'll play around a bit in Calibre. I assume this works for non epub files as well, ie .azw, mobi?

True, I've taken to googling the maps and then printing them out. I'm a map nerd. If I ever write a book, 1/2 of the darn thing will be maps.
