We met quite 'by accident,' if you can believe such thing as 'coincidence,' and she 'fixed' my back. She and her husband have become our good friends since then, and we try to meet up at least once a year when we are in the same country at the same time. Take a look at her 'Fix your own back pain' page on her website. All the information is free. She was named "St Jude of the Joints" by Harvard Medical School clinicians for a very good reason... My own back being one of them! I never did get that surgery... Turns out I didn't need it. She solved the problem.
BTW... the guy with all the muscles on the cover of her books (at the bottom of that page) stands 6'8", hold a 3rd degree black belt, and is her husband... So just cuz she's young and cute, be careful. (Actually, she holds a 3rd degree black belt too...)

Thanks. I will whizz over to her page when I get back from collecting my car. I do usually make frequent use of a Chiropractor, but with the budget cut-backs, that has been one of the areas to suffer... I'm going to have to revise my view of essential vs. non-essential services.
