My reading habits have definitely changed. Evolved? Hmm, that depends on the definition of "evolved".
When I was in my teens / early twenties, I read mostly literary fiction and classical literature (19th century, mostly).
Now that I'm in my mid-thirties, I've gone back to the sort of stuff I read when I was six* - action, adventure, fantasy. Young adult fiction, mostly, with the occasional adult mystery or urban fantasy thrown in.
*I didn't read picture books or books for little children when I was six; I read Dumas, Verne, Rider Haggard, other stuff like that.
