I take your point, although I only add books a few at a time, and sorting out the collections as I add the books is not a problem.
I think, though, it's a little unreasonable to describe the fact that a 3rd-party tool doesn't work with the Kindle as a "problem" with the Kindle. There was never any claim made by Amazon (or anyone else) that it would work, after all.
