I go onto stanza and it says searching but won't recognize my Calibre. Yes I've tried restarting my computer and my internet connection but my ipod I cannot because the lock button is broken although that hasn't caused any issues. Normally restarting my computer or the internet connection works but it hasn't and I've tried numerous times. Please Help
