The books you buy are not automatically downloaded to every kindle. Not even when they sync. The only way they could see those books is if they use the archive function on their kindles, or have access to your amazon account on the computer.
Also, you could open a new account and deregister your Kindle, and register it to the new account. Then you would have access to both accounts but any future books you bought for yourself would only be in the 2nd archive.
