Hmmmm.. I like both. The Kindle is comfortable to hold & the bookstore is great.

The T1 has the best dictionaries already on the device. I use them a lot. I also like the internet access on it more. For some reason I find reading on the T1 easier. Don't know why, I just do. BUT the store is not the best. It is getting better but you can still fine more bargains at amazon.

The covers are similar but the cover for the Kindle is much nicer & easier to hold while reading with the device..

All this is subjective. Others will have different experiences with the Kindle Touch & the T1.
