You are on my list, but I'd suggest gobbling all population, then ask for Bliss each time.
Keep your setting at accept none until just before the cycle, though, to prevent a bliss gift bomb -- if you have "too many" (which varies depending on politics" gifts in the combination of transfer and hoard, your gifts are decreased from the system.
Give away everything in your transfer area - the receiver can burn them off, if the don't want them (using "trash this gift"); then, use, give away or trash anything in your hoard. do this each cycle to maximize gifts (and consider changing to -50/-50/-50 until the reset.
