Any one able to provide a step-by-step on this process maybe?
I had this problem and tried to figure it out. I found that many of the pictures which wouldn't show on my Nook Tablet were a very different size from the pictures shown when you search the metadata or get a book with a photo which shows. For many of the books I was able to attach a different photo of the correct size. In some cases, I resized a picture. Now almost all of my books have photos. The one or two which don't are because I can't find a picture to edit. Hope this can help you.
