I use a Windows laptop with an 11.6" screen for a portable device. Easily carried - it's about the size of an A4 sheet of paper - and the keyboard is big enough to type on properly, which I can't do with an netbook, and, of course, it'll run all the same apps as a larger PC. For me, it's the perfect compromise between size and portability.
