AFAIK, the courts have't ruled on the settlement. We are still within the 60 day public comment period, so I don't know that the settlement has even been submitted to the court yet. Its possible that the DOJ might tweak the terms based on the public comments and that there even may be a further round of public comments and negotiations among the parties before the court gets it-and the court may reject it then.
I would advise folks to relax and look to possible price cuts in the fall.
