No, not joking. I have emailed Kobo, but they don't seem very concerned at the moment, although it has got escalated to a level 2 support person and I've now sent along half a dozen sample titles.

Dear Kobo,
I suspect you have a pricing problem on your Faber & Faber ebooks. 173 of them are marked as free.
I couldn't resist adding them to my library, but I haven't downloaded any of them. If this is a mistake rather than a promotion, feel free to remove them from my library again.
