You are the one who said that Safeway encouraged this practice and gave out raw or undercooked meat sampless. I was just wanting some proof.

And the Safeways in Vancouver area do not to my knowledge give free samples of anything. many supermarkets do, but never in several thousand vists have I seen this at any Safeway.
