While I am very anal retentive about spelling and have been known to harrass friends for unintentionally funny spelling errors, in one of my full-time jobs, 95% of the employees I work with do not speak English as their native tongue and I am very careful to understand their meanings and overlook errors.

However, in my other full-time job, everyone is a native English speaker and I find it very irritating when a mid-level manager is totally unprofesional and can't bother with capitalization, punctuation or correct spelling.
