It's the 2-DVD TV miniseries Sinatra, from Warner. The anti-piracy clip uses a scene from Casablanca with Rick and Ilsa. ("Rick is upset. The woman he loves is pirating DVDs ..."; "Making time with Victor's girl: good. Pirating DVDs: bad.") It's cute and clever and unexpected.
