I wouldn't count on it, at least not for a while. The e-book rights to Queen of Bedlam and Mister Slaughter appear to be held by 2 different publishers. According to Amazon's order page, Simon & Schuster owns Queen of Bedlam, while discount-friendly Subterranean owns Mister Slaughter. Fortunately, it looks like Subterranean also owns Providence Rider, so there may be hope for that one.
McCammon has said that S&S also owns the e-book rights to Speaks the Nightbird, but so far they haven't done anything with it.
