If they obtain a large enough exclusive market segment of back list titles, someone is going to raise a legal objection to having to read the books on Amazon's propitiatory device; someone will eventually bring suit in trying to force Amazon to make their books available in epub.

Will they have a case? Does this type of exclusivity constitute anti-trust?
