The "Kindle 2/3/4/Touch" Device Interface Plugin (Preferences->Plugins->Device interface plugins). Highlight it, click the "Customize plugin button", and make sure the azw3 box is checked (and anything else you might want to send to it -- azw, azw4, prc).
