I have a new plan: take my junk gifts--200 bliss, 500 military, sometimes other things--and throw them at the inactive accounts, especially those requesting a particular type of resource. Fill them up so that people don't accidentally waste *good* gifts on someone who hasn't logged in for over a month.
(In other news, I over-pop'd myself; Elf the Sock could use food gifts before the next cycle turnover, if anyone's got any to spare. And energy, of course, but nobody has extra energy.)
