Yes, but for a brief moment, the Kindle was the only device able to borrow library books without needing a computer to download/transfer. Not true anymore of course, but I think " direct from the library" was the only point being addressed right there. But I won't pretend to speak for someone else.  |
I am sure others besides myself are in AWE at the lofty stratospheric despising position you have painstakingly ascended to.
On the other hand,you might want to descend before the winter storms come because I for one no longer do bad weather winter mountain rescues. The cold kills my fingers. Arthritis.
