Nobody who disagrees with you is ever going to validate your rationalization attempts anyway, so why do you try so hard to earn that acceptance? I agree 100%. Pay for what you want, save if you can't buy it now, live without it if you can never afford it. That's probably "old fashioned." Much better to justify theft, proudly shouting your rights to do so to the world (sarcasm).
