It could be your email program. Let's try uploading the doc instead using
Send to Kindle add on.
What version of Word are you using?
Try resending a old doc that you know worked before on the Fire and see if it still works.
If you are getting bounce back messages in your email it's not the Fire as it never reached it but it could be several of things on your end or something on Amazon's end.
