I dislike ads intensely, and block every ad I can.

If I feel the need for a specific type of product, I'll go do research and determine for myself which brand I want. I decide which books I want to buy based on reviews and recommendations, not because of their ads. I can't think of a single example of a time when an ad has influenced my buying habits. Why should I give them my time and mind-space?
